Question 1

What does Quick Buy Check include?

Accepted Answer

It uses asking price, expected resale, marketplace fees, shipping, an authentication reserve, and holding-cost assumptions to expose the buy case. It is an estimate for review—not authentication and not a guarantee of a sale or profit.

Question 2

What does a saved deal preserve?

Accepted Answer

A saved deal keeps the listing context, assumptions, decision status and reasoning, plus follow-up details. That lets you revisit a buy-or-pass decision when the evidence, costs, or market view changes instead of rebuilding it from memory.

Question 3

What do reports show?

Accepted Answer

Reports provide the existing portfolio view of saved-deal stages and economics, along with the existing export and download actions. They organize the record; they do not predict a sale or replace review of the underlying listing, costs, and market evidence.

Question 4

How do pricing and fee assumptions affect the result?

Accepted Answer

Fee, shipping, authentication, resale, condition, and holding-cost inputs can materially change the decision. Defaults are working assumptions, so update them when you have better evidence and check whether the buy case still holds.

Question 5

How does shared review work?

Accepted Answer

Shared collections let you select deals and context for another person or group. Reviewers can add perspective, comments, and status without receiving whole-account access. Shared review improves the conversation, but it does not make the decision correct.
